~ Josie's Gingerbread Boys ~

It all begins with...

A little girl, in her Grandmother's kitchen.

A bowl, an egg and a package of gingerbread mix...

A tablespoon of filtered water...

Half a cup of butter, measured just right...

Mix it all up, until it becomes a big ball of gooey dough.

Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees...

On lightly floured waxed-paper, roll out the dough...

Now carefully cut out the boys, with Grandma's cookie-boy cutter.

Ta-Da!! Gingerbread Boys~Ready for the oven!

Bake for 9-12 minutes, remove from oven...

then remove from cookie sheet...

and put on waxed-paper, to cool.

Blogging Again~Grandbaby Updates

It's been forever and a few days since I have blogged, though I open my Blogger Dashboard daily, to catch up on those I follow. Many thought's and prayers go out and up, for those in need. Smiles, laughter and often many tears, accompany me as I read through so many of your blogs. Every day I tell myself~'today, I will write a new blog post.' The days have turned into weeks which ave become a year. So this evening, here I am~hoping this new post is the beginning of a many new ones to come. Thought it would be sweet to begin with updated photo's of my Grandbabies~who are my LIFE!
